This is a tutorial on how to make an underwater scene. It was made to help :iconcrazymonster: out... hopefully it does. If not, I hope someone uses it. This was made in flash, and I am not sure how long it took, but it wasn't short. Also, this is my first flash video. I think it turned out nice :D


Oh. I am sorry that it doesn't have a loading page.. If I get a chance to, I might. The file's size is 649KB
